3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package. Return the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the original product cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
